Terms of Sales
ARTICLE 1: FIELD OF APPLICATION
The general conditions of sale apply exclusively to current and future commercial relations existing between Bonnemaison Saint-Tropez and the author of the order. Any condition that you have formulated that does not comply with our general conditions will be rejected unless we have expressly and in writing recognized its applicability.
We may modify these general conditions of sale at any time subject to making these modifications appear on our site.
ARTICLE 2: ORDER
We undertake to accept your order under the terms of these general conditions of sale.
Please note that we will fulfill your order within the limits of our available stocks or subject to stocks available from our suppliers.
If, despite our vigilance, the products prove to be temporarily unavailable (out of stock, reissue, bankruptcy of a supplier, etc.), we will inform you by e-mail and invite you to cancel or modify your order. If the products prove to be permanently unavailable (exhaustion of stock, works not republished, etc.) after ordering, we will automatically cancel your order and inform you by e-mail.

ARTICLE 3: PRICE
The prices indicated are deemed to include all taxes, excluding shipping and processing costs for your order. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but We undertake to apply the current prices which will have been indicated to you at the time of your order.
ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT
Payment for your purchases can only be made by credit card or bank card: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® You must indicate your credit card or bank card number as well as its expiration date and the cryptogram on the page provided for this purpose. Apple Pay®, PayPal and ShopPay payments are authorized.
ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY
Unless otherwise specified, delivery is made to the address you indicated when ordering. The risks will be borne by you from the date on which the products ordered have left our premises. Delivery times are only indicative. It is possible that in certain countries customs fees may have to be paid and must be paid by the customer. We will not provide refunds of this value.
ARTICLE 6: RETURNS AND REFUND
Under article L121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your package to send us your return request. (Please note: in the event of non-compliance with this deadline, we reserve the right to proceed or not replace the item).
Items must be in the condition you received them. The return costs will nevertheless be your responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Given the unique and personalized nature of the personalized item, it cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code:

ARTICLE 7: RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
The goods delivered will remain our property until you have fulfilled all your obligations towards us and in particular until full payment of the price, if applicable plus interest. This retention of title does not prevent the transfer of risks which will be your responsibility from the date on which the products ordered have left our premises in accordance with the provisions of article 5.
ARTICLE 8: GUARANTEE FOR HIDDEN DEFECTS AND LIABILITY
In the event that the products we have delivered to you present a hidden defect, you have a period of seven (7) clear days to return the products in question to us. You will be compensated for shipping costs with a voucher of equivalent value.
We may, at our option, eliminate this defect or replace the defective product with another. If we do not want to eliminate this defect or replace the defective item, or if we are unable to do so, or if we cannot do so within the deadline due to factors which depend neither on our will nor on our fact, you can, at your choice, return it to us for reimbursement of the price and return costs or ask us for a reduction in the sale price.
The products offered comply with current French legislation. We decline all responsibility in the event that the delivered product does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery and in this case we will eliminate it from our catalog.
Likewise, we cannot be held responsible for the content of the sites to which hypertext links may refer from our site.
We undertake to provide all the care customary in the profession for the implementation of the service offered to the customer. However, our liability cannot be retained in the event of failure to fulfill our contractual obligations due to a fortuitous event or a case of force majeure such as, and without limitation, catastrophes, strikes, fires, floods, failure or breakdown of equipment, means of transport, communication or as a result of your actions.
Furthermore, we will not be held liable in the event of a delay due to a stock shortage at the publisher or supplier nor in the event of an error in the presentation of the products on our site, the photographs, texts and illustrations representing the products. are not contractual in nature.
